Sheffield Drug Action Team is supporting the national Know Your Limits campaign, which is encouraging people across the country to take stock of how much they are drinking by keeping a drink diary for the week.

During the week 'Know Your Limits' roadshows in Sheffield are being held to provide more information about alcohol and to give away freebies to help residents calculate their daily alcoholic intake. At the roadshows people can pick up leaflets and tips to help them understand more about units, learn more about alcohol and find out how units are calculated.

The Roadshows are as follows:

  • Monday 19th October, 3 - 7pm, Fitness First Gym, Millhouses
  • Tuesday 20th October, 3 - 7pm, Greens Health and Fitness, Ecclesall
  • Wednesday 21st October, 10 - 2pm, Virgin Active Gym, Millhouses
  • Thursday 22nd October, 10 - 2pm, Berkeley Shopping Centre, Ecclesall
  • Friday 23rd October, 10 - 2pm, Berkeley Shopping Centre, Ecclesall

What are the Recommended Limits?
